Great board for a beginner - but also one that I don’t think I’ll outgrow

I wanted high volume board (I’m a beginner and a reasonably big guy) but also I really didn’t want to go to a 10 footer as my car can fit a 9’ but not 10’. So the 9.0 HD fit my needs perfectly - 117 liters in a 9’ board is great. It surfs well and appears to be quite well made. Highly recommended!
