Returns

If you're unsatisfied with any Aventuras surfboard or accessory you've received, we're glad to take it back as long as it's in new, unused condition and returned within 30 days of receipt (for information on Warranty Returns, please see our Warranty Policy). NOTE: ALL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER.  DUE TO INFLATIONARY PRESSURES, THE COST OF RETURN FREIGHT CONTINUES TO RISE, BUT WE ABSORB AS MUCH AS WE CAN TO LIMIT THE COST TO OUR CUSTOMERS. THE MINIMUM SHIPPING COST TO RETURN A SURFBOARD IS $100. ALL OTHER ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED FOR A FLAT SHIPPING RATE OF $10. To begin a return, contact us at: sales@aventurassurf.com or 1-877-361-4612 (Customer Service hours: M-F, 10 AM - 4 PM PST). We will provide you with a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number and a return shipping label, then we will coordinate a pickup at your location or, if you prefer, you may drop the package off at a local UPS pickup location.

Please note: we will NOT accept any returned products in used condition and will return them to sender at the sender's expense.

We attempt to process returns as rapidly as possible. Please allow up to two weeks for processing. Once your return is complete, we will refund you for your order, less the return shipping charges, in the form of the original payment given.
